An organ consists mainly of wood and metal. The organ case consists of wood, with a preference for naturally dried wood, because this cannot swell. The organ pipes are made of an alloy of tin and lead. Every classical pipe organ consists of a wind supply, pipe work, tracts, manuals and a pedal, playing aids and of course the organ case. A Hauptwerk organ on the other hand is a digital organ and works on the basis of software. Every sound is recorded pipe by pipe separately, the result is indistinguishable from a classical organ.<\/p>\n
