How does Hauptwerk work?<\/h2>\n

Most organs have their limitations. But Hauptwerk<\/a> goes further. With the Hauptwerk software, you have the ability to adjust the tuning or pitch of the organ yourself, easily and without having to tune each pipe. In addition, every sound of every pipe from the sampled organ is recorded. This includes the attack of the pipe, the release of the note, and the sound development. This creates a realistic sound and offers an infinite range of possibilities for experiencing organs.<\/p>\n

What is a Hauptwerk sample?<\/h2>\n

Hauptwerk is powerful software based on MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface). With the software program, ‘samplesets’ of sampled organs can be loaded. This means that you can play Bach just as easily on a Silbermann as on a Bovenkerk Kampen Hinsz. Furthermore, you can have multiple samplesets on one organ, ranging from baroque to romantic.<\/p>\n
